As the new owners, siblings Tina & Dimitri Adamopoulos, we would like to welcome you to the Plaza!  We invite you to join us as we carry on the Plaza tradition that Tommy & Maria Adamopoulos started back in 1969.  We carefully follow the guarded Plaza recipes, as well, we offer our customers a few new twists.
